How can I get to the venue?

What about accommodation?

The cost of hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the event fee. We have suggested hotels below. We do not reserve or provide accommodation.

Where Can I Park?

Parking lots are conveniently located adjacent to the venue. Parking fees do apply and are priced at $15 for individual days. the cost for all three days is $40 and only available for purchase on Thursday. Parking is cash only.

Breaks
Please be mindful that there are no scheduled breaks in this event. You are welcome to take your breaks at any given time of the day. However, the program is on going from beginning to end.

Food

There will be food trucks available onsite during lunch and dinner hours. Concession stands inside the venue will also be made available throughout the day. Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the theatre during events. Glass bottles or metal cans are strictly prohibited. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the theatre or return them to their vehicle. Water Bottles are welcome for refill.

What payment types do you accept?

All payments are processed via AXS. You may also pay at the time of the event. Seats are not reserved unless a payment has been made.

Can I get a refund on my tickets?

All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by us, in which case we will always make a full refund. If you are not able to make the event after your purchase, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or give it away as a scholarship.
